The expression of the positive markers, CD90, CD105, and STRO-1 (surface markers mesenchymal) and Nanog and Sox-2 (pluripotency markers) is compared to the decreased expression of negative markers (CD45RO and CD117). Data are represented as mean ± standard deviation. The statistical analyses were obtained using an ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test with P <0.05 being considered significant.
