 Mouse anti Mouse MHC Class I antibody, clone 2G5 (MCA2189) used for the evaluation of MHC class I expression on guinea pig lung infiltrates in a mycobacterial disease model by flow cytometry. The expression of MHC I, MHC II and percentage of neutrophils were monitored at different time points during the course of therapy. Entire lymphocyte negative region was gated based on forward versus side scatter and MHC expression or neutrophil infiltration was analyzed on the gated region.
