PLoS ONE 10(3): e0119819. マウス抗ヒトDAZL抗体、クローン3 / 11Aは、無精子症様で削除されたヒトを認識します。これは、DAZL、DAZホモログ、DAZ様常染色体、無精子症様1またはSPGY様常染色体で削除されます。 DAZLは、RNA結合タンパク質のDAZ（無精子症で削除）ファミリーの295アミノ酸〜33kDaのメンバーです。 DAZLは、胎児および成人の精巣および卵巣で発現し、生殖細胞の発達に役割を果たすと考えられています。 成体生殖細胞では、DAZLの発現は主に細胞質に局在しています。 この遺伝子の突然変異は、男性の重度の精子形成不全と不妊症に関連しています（Lin et al.2001）。 |
