This image is from an open access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License. マウス抗ヒト補体因子B（Baフラグメント）抗体、クローン014III-33.2.4.3は、血清中に存在する90kDaヒト補体因子Bの30kDaBaフラグメントを認識します。 C3bは補体因子Bと結合し、コンフォメーション変化を引き起こします。 これにより、補体因子Dが補体因子B（Baサブユニット）のN末端を切断し、C3bに関連する63 kDaのBbサブユニットを残して、C3コンバターゼを形成することができます。 サブユニットBaはリンパ球の増殖を阻害します。 逆に、サブユニットBbは事前に活性化されたBリンパ球の増殖に関与しています。 マウス抗ヒト補体因子B（Ba Fragment）抗体、クローン014III-33.2.4.3は、標的タンパク質の活性をブロックする機能研究での使用が報告されています。 機能アッセイで使用する前に、アジ化ナトリウムを除去することをお勧めします。 |
